Lost luggage:
If you your luggage does not arrive at Karup immediately contact Cimber Air ticket office in Karup. A "lost luggage report" wil be made and a small sticker will be placed on you ticket.
Should you have the need for further information, please contact Cimber Air at +45 97 10 12 18.
Please note that Karup Airport has no information nor action on lost luggage !

If you allready have a "lost luggage report"
Then you HAVE TO contact the company mentioned in that report. 
Unless mentioned in the report, Cimber Air has no knowledge on the mentioned lost luggage.
This will be delivered by special courier directly to you accordingly to the report.

Damaged luggage:

Compensation is only considered if is reported immediately after the incident and the given damage shall be documented. 
In Copenhagen, SAS luggage service and in Karup to Cimber Air.

Lost property is handed in to the "hittegods" (Lost property department) in Vanlose – phone (+45) 38748822 the following workday.
